The shortlists for the UK Search Awards have been announced, and the team at Koozai are ecstatic! Once again we have been nominated for the prestigious gong, this year for the Best Use Of Search in the finance sector.
Taking place on Thursday 6th November at Troxy, London, the event boasts some of the most influential players in the search industry. Having steadily grown to become one of the most sought-after awards in the industry – here at Koozai we’re thrilled to be part of an illustrious list of excellent campaigns vying for the Best Use Of Search for finance.
Our campaign for MSG Cars has been recognised for its Paid Search success. Dean Marsden has worked hard to see huge increases in traffic, conversions, and Click-Through Rate (CTR); whilst also reducing Cost Per Conversion (CPC). With names like LV, American Express, MoneySuperMarket, The Post Office plus many more, we are excited to be part of a competitive list of great campaigns created and managed by some superb agencies and professionals. Just to be nominated is a great honour.
The UK Search Awards have been a big part of Koozai’s success story. Celebrating the very best in SEO, PPC and Digital, we’re proud of our consistent success at being nominated – 4 years running – whilst also picking up a few awards along the way. Last year we were nominated for two awards, picking up the Best Blog, in 2012 we received a hat-trick of nominations, and in 2011 we won the Best Use Of Search, once again for the Finance industry.
We’re incredibly proud of this campaign, and to be recognised is a great honour – but we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for more success on Thursday 6th November.
Good luck to everyone involved!
For a long time, Bing, the UK’s second-largest search engine, has been underappreciated and, in some instances, even ignored. Often regarded as the inferior search engine to market leader Google, Bing has historically struggled to appeal to many in the digital world. Most PPC analysts would give justified reasons for neglecting Bing for so long; these include the volume of traffic and the user experience just not matching up to Google. However, the validity of these assessments is now diminishing. Bing has grown and improved rapidly in the last couple of years; if you are not integrating it into your comprehensive digital marketing plan, you run the risk of missing out on a large portion of your chosen market and significant revenue.
When it comes to building a content marketing campaign, it can be difficult to know where to start. You may have an initial idea but bringing it to life and getting your message seen are always harder than initially thought.
