The UK’s favourite artificial grass company, Trulawn has been offering UK consumers, homeowners, schools, and businesses true-to-life, high quality artificial grass since 2009.
Trulawn’s inhouse marketing team contacted Koozai for support with their digital marketing, and in particular their PPC and Paid search strategy. The company required the support of experienced Paid media specialists who could put together and implement a strategy that would drive relevant leads and traffic to their website.
Operating in a competitive marketplace, Trulawn needed a PPC agency that could hit the ground running and deliver a PPC strategy that would drive more (and better) traffic and leads to their site. They also needed an agency that they could trust with managing and optimising their Paid ads to produce a better return on investment for their ad spend.
We started with a kick off meeting between Trulawn’s inhouse team and our Koozai PPC team, before appointing experienced Paid Search specialists to their account. After doing a thorough review of PPC performance and keyword targeting, we were able to recommend and implement a number of Paid search strategies to improve performance, which included changes to ad copy, bidding strategies and campaign structure.
We made multiple optimisations across the board and restructured the campaigns to make the account more efficient at obtaining leads. We also refreshed the copy across their ads to make them more relevant to new targeted keywords, and used the latest features in Google Ads to stay ahead of competitors and increase the volume of leads.
Our Paid Search campaigns for Trulawn have been a success. Most recently we’ve increased leads by 54% quarter-on-quarter. During this period we also decreased CPAs (Cost Per Acquisition) by 15%, providing Trulawn with better value for their paid ads budget. Over the space of two years, we have also driven a 97% increase in traffic, all from just a 31% increase in ad spend.
