The UK’s leading training and assessment provider for the building services and construction industry, Logic4training is a nationwide company offering courses from its training hubs in London, Essex, and Kent. The company is a leader in training for the Gas, Plumbing, Renewable Energy and Electrical industries.
Keen to make inroads online, Logic4training required a comprehensive SEO strategy that would take their online performance to the next level. To include technical SEO, One Page SEO Strategy, and Link Building, the strategy needed to help their site rank for lucrative keywords and optimise their site to improve traffic volume and relevance.
With ambitions to target competitive and lucrative commercial keywords, our SEO team knew we had our work cut out for us when it came to On Page SEO. With many search competitors boasting sites with a strong Domain Authority, part of our challenge was to also advise on content and work alongside their inhouse team to build links that would support its performance in the SERPs.
Working closely with Logic4training’s in house marketing teams, we assigned experienced SEO and PR specialists to their account. Taking a data-led approach, we used a plethora of industry-leading tools to reveal the search opportunities and challenges facing their site. This included extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, On Page SEO recommendations, new content creation, and tech SEO changes to facilitate improved performance.
Building on our SEO work, we also implemented a number of strategies to strengthen the authority of the site in search engines. Alongside SEO outreach and link building tactics, we brought our digital PR team onboard to implement a series of data-led PR campaigns and a creative ‘The Apprentice’-themed digital PR campaign. These secured strong media coverage and helped build authoritative and topically relevant backlinks to their site. We also identified multiple new SEO content opportunities which were actioned across the site.
Working collaboratively with their team, there has been an 85% increase in new organic users since we started working with Logic4training – as well as an impressive 143% increase in goal conversions. Our PR efforts have also helped to strengthened the authority of the website, with backlinks and media coverage in topically relevant and influential news outlets in the building trades space – such as Yahoo, HPV, PHAM News, Professional Builder, BBC Essex, Heating & Plumbing Monthly, Installer Online, Heating & Ventilating Review, Premier Construction, the Business Magazine, Electrical Times, and many others.
