Holdcroft is a successful, family-founded car dealership, originally set up in Stoke-On-Trent in the mid-sixties. They came to Koozai wanting professional agency support for Facebook and Instagram, including scaling and increasing lead generation whilst keeping cost per action (CPA) as low as possible.
Our brief developed into two parts as we progressed our time with Holdcroft. Initially we were tasked with scaling and increasing lead generation. As we got to know our client, our brief expanded to also look at improving engagement metrics to ensure traffic coming to the site was relevant and maximised traffic quality.
Strong competition in the marketplace was a key factor when it came to challenges. We also had to deal with the effects of the global pandemic, which was going on during our time working with Holdcroft.
Koozai first delivered a comprehensive social strategy that was predominantly based around achieving conversion objective leads with a cost per action (CPA) goal at the forefront of our advertising. In addition to this, we delivered a comprehensive social strategy that was largely based around a funnel structure. We took our time to accurately create specific personas for individual cars which helped us match the model to the intended audience as close as possible. This provided us with positive engagement rankings, helping us to scale clicks and reduce bounce rates.
We were really happy to report that our work, together with Holdcroft, dramatically reduced the CPA to the client’s goal by using expert bidding strategies to target key locations, conjoined with important offers. We also improved engagement metrics including reducing bounce rates by a massive 86.75%.
Since working with Koozai, Holdcroft’s overall bounce rate went from 80.35% down to 10.64% whilst traffic increased by a massive 757.30% quarter-on-quarter. Holdcroft has also seen a 42.18% reduction in their CPA in quarter-on-quarter.
