We’ve Been Shortlisted at the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2025!

| 2 minutes to read

It’s Friday afternoon and we’ve got some exciting news to share! We are delighted to announce that Koozai has been named as a Finalist for the ‘Stand Out Small Integrated Digital Agency of the Year’ accolade at the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2025!

It’s a huge achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of our talented team, our lovely clients, and the work we do every day. The UK Digital Excellence Awards is a leading national awards programme that celebrates and recognises outstanding achievements in the UK digital marketing landscape.

What The Nomination Means To Us

Being shortlisted for this award is a testament to everything that makes Koozai great in our eyes – our longevity, our bespoke approach to digital marketing, our dedicated team, and our long-standing client relationships. We believe that we’re more than just another agency. Koozai today is the culmination of 20 years of creativity, digital marketing expertise, and passion for delivering excellent results for our clients with our SEO, PPC, PR and content marketing services.

Our journey started nearly two decades ago, and since then, we’ve grown into a multi-award-winning agency. Ever since, our focus has been on providing bespoke, results-driven digital marketing strategies. We are proud to say this approach has garnered excellent results for our clients and Koozai, including:

✔ Average client lifetime: 3.6+ years (some up to 8+ years!)
✔ Staff retention rate: 95% (because we love what we do!)
✔ Average employee lifetime: 6.4 years

A Testament to Our Team

One of the things that makes Koozai truly special is our people. We’re a team of industry experts, each bringing years of experience, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital marketing. From our Operations and Client Services teams to our digital specialists in SEO, Content Marketing, PR, and Paid Media – every single person plays a crucial role in driving success for our clients.

We also take team growth and development seriously. Whether it’s training, mentoring, or holding events like our recent Digital Marketing Clinic training event. Our low staff turnover isn’t just a stat, it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve built.

Looking Ahead

This nomination builds upon success we’ve had at other awards recently, such as the Construction Marketing Awards. However, beyond being absolutely delighted to be nominated for a UK Digital Excellence Award, we’re also super proud of the work we’ve done that helped us secure it.

Going forward, we’re determined to continue to push boundaries, refine our strategies, and deliver even better results for our clients going forward. While winning the award would be brilliant, we appreciate that just being shortlisted is a moment to celebrate. It’s a real testament to the hard work, passion, and expertise of our team.

A Massive Thank You!

We also wanted to mention that we wouldn’t be here without our amazing clients who trust us to be their digital marketing partner. Your success is our success, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work with you. The winners of the UK Digital Excellence Awards will be announced soon, so keep your fingers crossed for us – and whether we take home the trophy or not, we’re already winning!
