Reputation Management in a Digital Age – #SAScon 2012

| Less than a minute to read

Today, I had the opportunity to speak at SAScon, one of the leading Search and Social conferences held in Manchester. This blog post includes my slides and further information.

The topic of my presentation was Reputation Management in a Digital Age and was aimed at highlighting how brands should be taking charge of their online reputation. It is now more important than ever to ensure that you know what is being said about your brand online and that you respond to any positive or negative press in the correct way.

Key sections of the presentation include:

  • Reputation Management
  • Brand Monitoring
  • Brand Protection
  • Page 1 Domination

If you have all the above in place, it may still be worth taking a quick scan through the slides as i have tried to include some new ideas and tools for effective online brand management.

My slides have been uploaded to Slideshare and are available to view now (see below).
