The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Executive to join our growing digital team. As we have a remote working model, you can be based anywhere in the UK. This means less time stuck on trains, planes and automobiles and more time for the things you want to do. But don’t worry, it’s not like we don’t ever speak. Our systems are such that we have regular communication across a variety of platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns, brand or agency side and experience in dealing with people at different levels.

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will strive to understand your clients’ business and any challenges that they face. You’ll drum up new ways to help them drive their business forwards.

You will be expected to manage and implement paid media projects that smash client expectations and deliver amazing results each and every time.

You’ll have the drive and capability to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, making sure best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Senior Paid Media Executive you will be a big part of what we offer at Koozai. Your duties will include the following:

• Creation of the clients overall Paid Media strategy
• Implementation of the strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project
• Delivery of projects on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Ongoing optimisation and management of campaigns
• Analysing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly
• Bespoke client reporting
• Managing clients – including their expectations (which you will knock out of the park every time) – and keeping them up to date at every stage of the project
• Ensuring individual KPIs are met each month to aid career progression

Required Skills

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ideally 3 years PPC experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns (in-house or agency)
• Experience in all aspects of paid media including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display and Paid Social
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Ability to analyse and improve results
• Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards
• Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach
• A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
• Perfect command of the English language
• Proactive approach to workload and new ideas
