We provide a range of services including Owned Media (SEO and Content Marketing), Earned Media (Digital PR) and Paid Media for leading brands such as the V&A, Côte Brasserie, and Trevor Sorbie, to name a few.

What It’s Like To Work At Koozai

The Role

To assist the team providing administrative support with various administration and marketing tasks. All work must be completed to the best standards possible, within the given timelines. Any issues or problems must be raised to your manager at the earliest possible point. This role will be based at our Park Gate (Southampton) office.

20 hours per week, 5 days a week. Ideally mornings.

  • Ability to report to management and director level

Duties and Responsibilites

  • Reception duties; answering all phones calls where possible, directing queries, taking information for the sales department for possible leads and actioning tasks when needed. Answering the door and greeting visitors
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing post, arranging collection with parcel services and through post office. Ensuring we always have stamps in the office and scanning relevant documents to laptop, adding to scans folder for Financial Controller to action
  • Project management: work planning, calendar organisation, scheduling and reporting
  • Sourcing, managing and liaising with external suppliers
  • Maintaining quality control with core business documentation
  • Internal CRM updates and maintenance
  • Provide administrative support for the company directors and senior management team

Up to £22K per annum pro rata, depending experience [20 hours per week]
