The Role

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team as a remote working position.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on successful content campaigns from a strategy and creation standpoint whether that’s brand or agency side.

As Content Marketing Manager, you will strive to understand your clients’ business and any challenges they face and, based on this understanding, you will think of new ways to help them drive their business forward. You will be expected to manage and implement content projects that exceed client expectations and deliver amazing results.

You will have the drive and inclination to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, ensuring best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do. We want every client to receive the best possible results that match their individual goals and objectives.

Required Skills

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering strong results in competitive industries (in-house or agency)
• Solid experience in all aspects of content, including research, creation, strategy, brainstorming and planning
• Experience managing and/or training junior team members
• Client-facing experience and strong presentation skills
• Ability to analyse and improve results
• Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards
• A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
• Perfect command of the English language
• Proactive approach to workload and new ideas

Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities will be expected from you in your role as Content Marketing Manager at Koozai.

• Managing, training and providing support to junior and new members of the team as the Owned & Earned media teams grow
• Strategic planning, brainstorming and implementing targeted content strategies that tie in with the goals and KPIs of client campaigns
• Providing sales assistance for prospects and leads that could convert to new business
• Attending client pitches and confidently presenting to sell in content and help bring in new business for the company
• Producing high-quality written and visual content for client campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Working with Owned, Paid and Earned Media Executives to ensure all campaigns are effective and as strong as possible
• Managing clients, including their expectations, and keeping them up to date at each stage of the project
• Attending client kick-off meetings to gain an understanding of the projects and goals of campaigns that we need to work towards
• Identifying areas for improvement across the team so processes can change and Koozai can provide the best Content Marketing offering possible
