What It’s Like To Work At Koozai

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning agency, and to lead the strategy for our exciting range of clients. We run a remote working model, so you can be based anywhere in the UK, but we have use of office space in Southampton, London and Preston.

You will confidently maintain and develop our existing relationships with our clients and be well versed in our core offering, being able to develop strategies to achieve the desired results.

You will be the main bridge between our clients and the Owned Media, Paid Media and Earned Media teams making sure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.

Customer service and client relations is something that we pride ourselves on at Koozai and you will be instrumental in making sure this is kept to the high standard that we operate at.

You will attend regular meetings with clients, create reports and present results, new concepts and strategies.

Required Skills

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 years agency experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Ability to liaise with other teams (management, sales and search)
  • Exceptional command of the English language
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
  • Proactive approach to workload and new ideas
  • Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly Excel and Powerpoint

Duties and Responsibilities

  • KPI management
  • Project management
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and deadlines met
  • Establish, build and expand key relationships with our clients
  • Identify new opportunities to guarantee our clients are getting the maximum benefit from our services and working relationships
  • Ensure we deliver on time, on budget and to our high standards
  • Translate the clients’ needs and goals into a clear and achievable road map
  • Ensure the work in the roadmap is scheduled in the team correctly and the being done in a timely fashion
  • Anticipate and address any potential issues before they develop
  • Liaise with our in-house teams to deliver the services required
  • Client entertainment, where and when required
  • Monthly executive reporting
