We are pleased to announce that Koozai have successfully gained ISO 9001 accreditation.
The official standard relates to the quality management systems we have in place and our investment in developing internal processes, maintaining accurate records and improving employee knowledge. Therefore this accreditation is a clear measure of the effectiveness of the systems and processes we sustain within the company.
With so many forms, data files and employee development documents active we store at Koozai, this ISO 9001 accreditation validates what we have believed all along; that we have the systems in place to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, which is understood by everybody within the company.
We were visited last Thursday by the official auditors, who were clearly impressed by the process we have in place to ensure that our quality management systems are in place and understood. As a company we have worked hard to maintain the highest standards in everything that we do. Whether this is visible to clients or not, we are constantly improving processes and developing the systems that we have in place. The ISO 9001 accreditation provides an official certification that we are doing this in the correct manner.
For anybody who is unfamiliar with the ISO 9001 accreditation and what it encompasses, here are some of the things that are required:
1. Formal processes are in place
2. Records are maintained and saved accordingly
3. Ensuring that processes are updated and well maintained
4. Documentation is in place for reference by and development of staff
Essentially it shows that Koozai have developed and updated their processes and documentation to keep in line with official legislation. We treat the management of all of our documents, whether digital or otherwise, with great importance. Having the systems in place to ensure that we all know and understand every aspect of the business, with easy access to the information for new and existing employees, is vital to our ongoing growth as a company.
Whilst this won’t have any effect on the services that we are able to offer, we believe that it is an important accreditation to gain. Being an ISO 9001 certified company though does mean that we do have the systems and procedures in place to deal with any eventuality, which can only be good news for our clients.
