Submiteaze – Speed Up Your Link Building

Submiteaze is a directory submission tool that allows you to submit to directories quickly, helping you to speed up the whole link building process.

The tool is available on a free trial allowing you to have a good play around before you commit to buying. You can download it here: http://www.submiteaze.com/download.jsp

The full version can be brought for $118.95.

Submiteaze comes with over 4,000 free directories already implemented. Personally I find these directories useless and of very little value to any serious and professional link building campaign.

However it’s in other areas that Submiteaze proves its true value.

There are a number of tools that can be purchased to help you link build but the Submiteaze interface is possibly one of the best ones around at the moment. It’s easy to use and does take a lot of the submission process away allowing you to speed up the time spent submitting.

It’s for this very reason that we have this tool in-house.

Submiteaze allows you to up load your own list of directories which means you can build up your own database of sites that you gain the most success from. You can also upload sites into categories, so if you have niche customers you can refer to the most relevant category rather than crawl through a list of directories that may not be the most relevant.

The tool allows you to set up multiple projects with rolling information to ensure that you don’t submit the same information over and over again. As a result you can vary your submissions and the use of key terms.

Your list of directories is shown down the left hand side of the browser window and it’s as simple as clicking on the chosen site. So instead of spending time searching for each directory or manually typing them you can move between sites by just clicking the link.

The Auto-fill element means you don’t have to spend hours filling in the same information over and over again. This is a real time saver.

Helping you to keep track what action has been taken for each directories, Submiteaze gives you the option to leave notes next to each link. Right clicking on one bring up a menu allowing you to set the status. For example: Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Skipped and Try Later.

Submiteaze Status

There is also a Turbo Submission mode that allows you to submit to multiple directories all at once.

Submiteaze also includes an article submission section.

As with the directory submission section of the tool, this takes away a lot of the time it can take to fill out all the information usually required.

Again the 1,000 assigned directories aren’t what I would call worthwhile with only 13 of the 1,000 having a PageRank above 4, but as with the rest of the tool you can completely customise it to include quality sites worth submitting to.

The Turbo option is also available for article submission again making a very handy tool to have in your toolbox of SEO tools.

Other Submiteaze Features:

  • Free Software and directory updates
  • Take Screenshots as proof of submission
  • Set up multiple projects
  • Directory Detective tool to check your submissions have been accepted
  • Import and export projects
  • Tabbed web browsing
  • Tool to delete duplicate directory listings
  • Video demonstration help guides

Conclusion:

As a directory submission tool this is a very good tool to have to hand and will save you time.

The features included make it a very good place to store submission information and the flexibility of the tool means you can rotate your submission information without having to worry about over optimising with your key terms.

Being able to set directories into a niche or custom categories also helps you plan your campaign.

The included directories are largely a waste of time but the fact that you can customise this tool to include directories that are of true value again means this is a valuable tool.

So customise, set up and let Submiteaze give you back some of your valuable time.

    Hey Andy,

Nice read, did you check the mozRank of some of the directories? Personally I have found PageRank to be pretty useless nowadays.

Looks like it could save some time though, interesting stuff, looks like it could be at least worth the trial.

I have been using SubmitEaze for years on different websites and I found out that I made a smart investment as its authors released many free updates packed with features or new directory lists.

While PageRank is not that important nowadays many people still value it a lot. Also, getting backlinks will indirectly help you improve your other rankings too.
