I was wondering if there was a way to create page templates for each sub page on the homepage? I want to have a video plugin run on the left one, and maybe have headlines run on the right. I tried creating page templates for each subpage but it doesn’t seem like the theme uses them. Any insight would be appreciated. I like the theme a lot, thanks!

Also, the categories widget only works with links if it is the only widget in the sidebar…

Do I have to get the Video upgrade for $60 from WordPress to run videos through this template? Is there any way to get around it?

      Hi Heather

I’m not personally responsible for this theme but do not believe you need to get the video upgrade for it to run. The theme was designed to run videos and is made freely available without the need for any cost on your part. It may be that you have a hosted blog and it is a hosting charge you refer to? There are lots of sites out there using this theme ‘as is’ and showing video without any problems.

I hope you find a solution for your requirements.

Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
Is it very difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things
out pretty quick. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
    Thank you
