Tynt ‘Can Help With Link Building’

Analytics tool Tynt has other advantages to its services, an expert has explained.

Search Engine Watch commentator Frank Watson said that the application tracks content which has been copied and pasted from a company's website.

He explained that the tool allows users to keep up with what information is being grabbed from their pages, which is good to know for enterprises that want to generate similarly popular content in future.

"It also automatically includes a link back to your site, so it helps link building and generates traffic back to your site," Mr Watson added.

Earlier this week, Peter van der Graaf, another columnist for Search Engine Watch, explained that optimisation techniques can also improve link building.

He suggested that companies looking to achieve more in this area ask those who have linked to them to update their links regularly, especially in cases where the content is time-specific, such as a news article.
