An organisation that funds recreation programmes for people with disabilities plans to enhance its internet marketing efforts.

Recreation Association 'Plans To Use Internet Marketing' Jeena Greenwalt, executive director of Northeast DuPage Special Recreation Association (Nedsra), spoke to the Daily Herald about her plans for the company.

She said: "I respect the past. I admire the present, but I'm very excited about the future."

SEO services might be one consideration, as Ms Greenwalt revealed she wants to make the most of online marketing techniques to access more potential clients, volunteers and donors.

The organisation was established in 1976 and has held summer camps as well as regular schemes all year round, helping more than 4,000 individuals annually.

While the work currently being done is successful, Ms Greenwalt explained she hopes Nedsra can help even more people by expanding and reaching those who have not yet heard of its services.

The executive director noted she is now looking for input from fellow members of staff about areas to prioritise in its upcoming marketing strategy.
