Google has introduced a new remarketing feature that may improve the way AdWords advertisers target people on the internet.
Discussing the development on its Inside Adwords blog, the enterprise explained that firms can use the new SEO services to connect with users based on their previous interactions on a website.
"After driving traffic to your site with search ads, you can then remarket to those users who reach your site by showing them tailored ads on sites throughout the Google Content Network," the organisation explains.
It notes that the remarketing campaign has already had success for many different types of advertisers during the trial period that began in March 2009.
Businesses are able to run several remarketing campaigns at the same time and can be integrated with their YouTube channels.
Earlier this week, Google released new AdWords Search Funnels reports, which it claims will enable enterprises to track a user’s path on their website before a sale is made.
