Implications of Mobile Web Discussed In Online Course

Stephen Logan

by on 15th February 2011

Mobile web is changing the way people use the internet, with half of all new connections coming from smartphones and similar devices.

That is according to Google's Inside AdWords blog, which explains to users of pay per click services it is possible to target this new audience and reach more customers.

Its free online interactive course tomorrow (February 16th) will tackle the issue and look at how to start using mobile advertising.

The session gets underway at 15:00 GMT and lasts for one hour, with a question and answer session at the end.

According to a previous blog post from the same source, mobile web has dramatically changed customer behaviour around the world, with businesses having to keep up with this trend in terms of their marketing.

Tomorrow's course will explain to companies which trends they should be aware of and how they can adopt strategies to deal with these changes.
