Online companies with a query for the Google Webmaster team should ideally post it on the service's help forum.

Google Webmaster Queries 'Should Be Asked in Public' This is the suggestion of Susan Moskwa, a trends analyst for Webmaster, who explained that this can benefit others who may have the same question for Google.

Ms Moskwa added that it is important for users of SEO services to post questions and it helps to give Google a better idea of where product improvements are needed or what features can be developed.

She pointed out that Google has many ambitions in common with online companies.

"We want to improve our search results and improve the internet – if we can help you make your site faster, safer, more compelling, or more accessible, that's good for both of us," she stated.

Earlier this week, Google hosted a live web seminar to explain to interested parties how Analytics goals can measure conversions on a website.
