Companies making use of Google Analytics have been advised that they should be able to get a quick answer to any queries they may have from the dedicated help forum.
Arunodaya Jayanti, a member of the Google Analytics team, explained that contributors can opt to pose questions or share their own knowledge and expertise on the forum.
The official said that queries are typically answered within a day and noted Google gets a good idea of what issues it needs to address from the topics being brought out on the message board.
"It helps us figure out what's puzzling our users, or causing problems, so we can improve the product," the expert stated.
"You have driven improvements and refinements that make this product great."
Users of SEO services who employ Google Analytics have recently been advised by the service's representative Jesse Nichols that they can make use of an iPhone app which provides its offerings via the smartphone.
