Forum Usage ‘Can Increase Site Traffic’

Businesses looking for a cheap and effective way of increasing the amount of hits received by their website have been recommended to make use of online forums.

According to Boosh News commentator Frank Breinling, such external sites should be posted on as often as possible as part of link building efforts.

"Your internet site traffic will be boosted just by responding to threads in online message boards and providing your URL," he said.

Mr Breinling added that it is possible for businesses to be even more proactive at driving hits and start their own personal discussion board for their website.

Earlier this month, an Electro Article advice piece pointed out there are a variety of link building methods, some of which can be penalised by Google as bad practice.

Because of this, it may be a good idea to use a link building service with professional expertise, it was suggested.
