A series of improvements have been announced for Google's Display Ad Builder tool.
Nathania Lozada, a member of the Inside AdWords team, told users of pay per click services that it will now be possible to copy commercials across campaigns, allowing for bulk edits to display URLs, as well as ad statuses and names.
Users will now also be able to employ customised templates, so text boxes and images can be resized and moved around.
Google is also introducing social and expendable templates, designed to help companies include their latest tweets in commercials.
"Social templates are really useful if you want to run timely promotions that change daily. You can run a new tweet, instead of creating an entirely new creative," Ms Lozada explained.
Last week, Leslie Hernandez, product marketing manager of the Google small business team, said many entrepreneurs are keen to find out more about the potential internet advertising has for their company in 2011.
