A host of British businesses have explained how Google AdWords has helped their company to be a success.
AdWords is currently celebrating its tenth anniversary and has produced a global map showcasing organisations which have made effective use of its pay per click services.
In the UK, 24 companies have signed up to tell the story of how they have used AdWords to drive their online business.
One Stockport-based company, Sellyourlaptops.com, explained its pay per click campaign has been highly successful after the business was established five months ago.
A statement from the firm said its turnover increased by "7,000 per cent" after receiving considerably more business once its AdWords commercials were shown online.
Jason Shafton, a member of the Inside AdWords team, explained the window of opportunity for businesses to get featured on the global map is still open.
He encouraged companies to add their name to the collection of global entrepreneurs.
