Enhancements have been introduced to Bing Shopping that may ensure users receive the most relevant results.
Describing the changes on its Bing Community blog, the search engine said category, brand and price filters can now be expanded with filters to help people make more informed decisions.
It is also easier for firms to post product reviews and descriptions, while an item summary page includes images sourced directly from the merchant.
Similarly, detailed reviews and ratings may also enable consumers to make better buying decisions.
"Our goal is to make shopping intuitive and easy for you," Bing added.
In other news regarding search engine developments, Google made the decision earlier this month to include property listings in an updated version of Google Maps.
The firm’s UK product manager Andrew Foster said the move would help people who already use the service in their search for a new home.
