Bing is going to continue to make inroads in the search engine marketplace during 2011, it has been predicted.

Bing Growth 'Set to Continue' According to Search Engine Land contributor Siddharth Shah, Bing has been building its market share in impressive fashion over the past two years.

He predicted its success is set to continue, with smaller advertisers improving the quality of their Bing campaigns and the organisation coming up with yet more innovative strategies.

As a result, Mr Shah said companies using SEO services should be paying plenty of attention to it.

"Bing should now represent 20 to 25 per cent of your volume. Ensure that these campaigns are running optimally with full keyword coverage, if you haven't done so already," he advised.

The search engine has recently announced it is updating its shopping channel to allow users to publish a wish list of products they are interested in on to their Facebook page.
