AdWords services are to be made available to businesses that make use of Google Apps.
More than 30 million users around the world employ Google Apps, a cloud-based messaging and collaboration service, for their work as small and medium-sized enterprises, charities, educational institutions and government departments.
Dan Friedman, a member of the Inside AdWords team, explained users not yet signed up to the pay per click facility will be able to start taking advantage of it through Google Apps today.
"For those current AdWords users who have a Google Apps account, we're currently in the process of wrapping up some necessary infrastructure work to ensure that the transition for those users will be a seamless process," he added.
Earlier this month, Lorraine Twohill, vice president of global marketing for Google, told users of pay per click services that running commercials on AdWords can help to reach a large number of internet users and increase people's awareness about what their company has to offer.
