Over the past few years I have interviewed a lot of individuals for digital marketing related roles including SEO, PPC, Social, Analytics and Content. A lot of the time, interviews run pretty smoothly and you get an idea of how the interview is going to pan out right from the very start. However, there have been some occasions where I have interviewed people and some of the things they come out with are shocking!
This weekend Think Visibility celebrated its fifth year and 9th conference. It was a birthday party, a Christmas party and of course had great sessions about SEO, business, analytics and more! I had a fantastic time meeting new people, catching up with those I’d met before and learning new things.

This afternoon, I had the pleasure of presenting at SES London, one of the largest conferences that travels around the world. When looking at the session ‘Winning PPC Tactics’, it got me thinking about what I could present.
The last few months have seen further high profile UK businesses announcing that they have entered administration. We were attending for the second year running and with many tracks and sessions from industry pioneering speakers, unfortunately it wasn’t possible to attend every talk, however here are some key takeaways from the sessions I attended for those that were unable to make them!
