For most dentists, local GPs and other healthcare specialists, the rise of the internet has given them an easy means with which to grow their client bases. If you have a well optimised website focused on the keywords people are looking for relating to your business, then chances are people will be able to find you.
Establishing an online business can be both an extremely profitable and rewarding endeavour. It can often give you the freedom to work for yourself, a reduced cost to entry and can also be far more profitable than running a physical business, thanks largely to reduced overheads and a far larger reach.
Now of course I appreciate that this is an incredibly sweeping statement, I for one have great working relationships with a number of developers, but then again I have some extremely difficult ones too …

However, as I mentioned in the previous article, some people still believe all links are good links – quantity over quality. This kind of attitude not only negatively affects your rankings, but in extreme cases can actually get you de-indexed completely from search engines.
