You’ll find our main office in Southampton, but most of the time our team can be found all over the UK. If we’re not visiting our clients or speaking at conferences, you’ll find us dotted about in our regional hubs. Our channel specialists are based in and around Southampton, London, Manchester and Leeds. The Role

We are looking for an experienced, digital marketing Client Services Manager to join our award-winning agency, and to lead the strategy for our exciting range of clients. Is this you?

To be considered for this role, you will need to be based in the UK with the rest of your team.

Ideally, for this role, you will live near our main hubs of Southampton or London, but we’re always willing to speak to exceptional candidates who are a little further afield.

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated person with endless enthusiasm. You will be working with clients across a range of sectors, so you will need both creativity and data analysis skills to get the very best from your digital marketing campaigns.

You will confidently maintain and develop our existing relationships with our clients and be well versed in our core offering, being able to develop strategies to achieve the desired results.

You will be the main bridge between our clients and the channel specialists making sure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.

Customer service and client relations is something that we pride ourselves on at Koozai and you will be instrumental in making sure this is kept to the high standard that we operate at.

You will attend regular meetings with clients, create reports and present results, new concepts and strategies.

Required Skills

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• At least 2 years agency experience in a similar role
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
• Knowledge and experience of managing SEO, PPC and Content Marketing projects
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• Ability to liaise with other teams (management, sales and search)
• Exceptional command of the English language
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
• Proactive approach to workload and new ideas
• Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• It would be advantageous to have experience of using Basecamp but not vital as training will be provided

Duties and Responsibilities

• KPI management
• Project management
• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and deadlines met
• Establish, build and expand key relationships with our clients
• Identify new opportunities to guarantee our clients are getting the maximum benefit from our services and working relationships
• Ensure we deliver on time, on budget and to our high standards
• Translate the clients’ needs and goals into a clear and achievable road map
• Ensure the work in the roadmap is scheduled in the team correctly and the being done in a timely fashion
• Anticipate and address any potential issues before they develop
• Liaise with our in-house teams to deliver the services required
• Client entertainment, where and when required
• Monthly executive reporting

£30 – £40K dependant on experience
